1. The 30-Day Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any DivorceCompanion paid bundle, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. This guarantee applies to all one-time paid plans offered through the Service.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund provided that:

• You have not downloaded the near-complete or final version of your document (for example, the final court-ready DOCX or PDF generated by the Consent Order Online, Form E Online, or Form D81 Builder); and
• You contact us to request the refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Once you have downloaded the final, court-ready version of your document, the Service is considered delivered and the purchase is no longer refundable under this guarantee.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via the contact form on our website within the 30-day period. Please confirm how you found the Service not useful so we can understand your experience and improve. Include the email address used at purchase and the name of the bundle you bought.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5-10 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

5. Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to:

• Purchases where the final, court-ready document has already been downloaded
• Refund requests made after the 30-day period has ended
• Any third-party fees (such as HMCTS court fees) paid outside the Service
